Blaine Cargo Parka

I bought this beautiful coat in January for a trip to Japan this fall that was cancelled due to pandemic. So we made other plans and I got to wear the coat and totally fell in love with it. Incredibly warm, comfortable, practical with easy zipper and deep pockets, and great looking. I love the lining too. Worth every penny!

I ended up exchanging my item to Large due to wanting more room for when I purchase the internal layer available on the site (and for thicker sweaters & my larger hip/thigh area). It feels great and still looks tailored, such a unique buy. As someone who usually wears all-black, this is a great color that matches my current and future wardrobe. Also, I am someone who sweats a lot in both hot and cold weather, but this coat feels non-constrictive and breathable.

I just received my 2nd Feller coat and I am so thrilled. Wendy's company is small meaning she answers questions herself.

The level of care and design and quality in her line is exceptional.

I'd been wearing Aussie oilskins of different brands for 25+ years and needed a new coat & jacket. Feller ads popped up as I was looking at British and American labels. After some consideration, I ordered a Queen Anne 2 plus a liner. And now I have my Blaine.

As soon as I took my Blaine Cargo Parka out of the garment bag, I started praying for rain! It’s adorable, love the lining, and fits me perfectly! Wow, this coat is way better than I expected (and I had high expectations). I had been looking for a natural fiber raincoat since I really don't like wearing plastic clothing and am not into the feeling of wet plastic on my skin. Through researching waxed cotton coats, I stumbled upon Wendy Feller's line of coats. I'm so happy I did! I had a really hard time choosing between all the beautiful designs and colors but with Wendy's help (she was generous with her time), I settled on the Blaine Cargo Parka in dark olive. I love the color, I love the beautiful floral lining (it's really amazing), and the coat itself is far lighter that I expected and very comfortable. I took careful measurements (thanks for making sure I did that Wendy) and found the size that fits perfectly. I know I will be wearing this coat for many years, while gardening, hiking in the rain, cross country skiing, etc. As soon as my partner saw the coat, he asked if there are men's versions! He'll be getting one too. Thank you so much Wendy!
