GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping within the continental US.

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified.

For your convenience, a tracking number will be emailed upon submission of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The following domestic shipping options are available at checkout:

  • UPS Ground (Free) - 5 days in transit
  • UPS 3 Day Select - 3 days in transit
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 days in transit
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - 1 day in transit

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    At this time, we only ship to the United Kingdom and Canada. If you are located elsewhere outside of the US and these regions, please email us for more information.

    The following international shipping options are available at checkout:

    • UPS Standard (Canada only) - 6 days in transit
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited - 6 days in transit
    • UPS Worldwide Saver - 2 days in transit

      RETURNS & REFUNDS

      We want you to love your FELLER coat, however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us to request a return authorization number and free shipping label. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the coat in our warehouse.

      Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and still have their tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet this criteria.

      Please note that we can only offer returns on full priced items. 

      EXCHANGES

      If you need to exchange your purchase for a different style, color or size, please return your item first and then place a new order. 

      SALE ITEMS

      All items that are on our sale page are final. While we do not accept returns for any items on sale, we will gladly offer you a size or color exchange.

      DAMAGED ITEMS

      If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we send you a replacement.
